Hebrews 9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
Rev. 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
* God made a way for you to escape the penalty of sin
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ
died for us. (God loves us unconditionally)
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life
* You must recognize you are a sinner and only Jesus can save you from your sin
Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(Salvation is a heart matter)
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given
among men, whereby we must be saved.
* Ask Jesus for forgiveness of your sin
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
(If you believe from your heart that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and rose from the dead, and is alive today, the next step is to ask Him to forgive you, save you from sin, and come into your heart)
Philippians 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
